The doctrine
of justification by faith alone “is the head and the cornerstone. It alone begets, nourishes, builds,
preserves, and defends the
1. Saving Faith Must Have a Right Object
2. Saving Faith Must Submit to the Truth of the Gospel
3. Saving Faith Must Embrace Jesus Christ
You will not shrink from that which tests the genuineness of your faith.
You will find yourself with an increasing joy over the presence of Christ.
4. Saving Faith Excludes all Human Boasting (9)
Because everything I bring to the table is like rubbish, only worse.
Because God will share his glory with no one else.
5. Saving Faith Always Produces Good Works (10)
Those which are done out of true faith Romans 14:20-23
Those things that are in accordance with God’s law.
Those things done for God’s glory. 1 Co 10:31,
